Our History
The Company was founded in the year on March 17, 1999.
By deed of Notary Francisca Teresa Tjia Nilawati, SH. No. date of January 1, 1999 and approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia through the Decree No. C-10 989 HT.01.01.Th.99 dated June 11, 1999.
This deed has been adjusted by Act No.1 of 1995 regarding Limited Liability Company by Deed Francisca Teresa Tjia Nilawati, SH.
Our Commitment to Sustainability
PT. Hatindo Makmur is committed to supporting sustainable fisheries by participating in sustainability workshops and partnering with our suppliers to cooperate with appropriate NGO’s (non-government organizations).
We support fisheries stakeholders in working towards the goal of Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certification.
We are proud to share that PT. Hatindo Makmur cooperation for sustainable fisheries in support of Fishery Improvement Projects (FIP) in Indonesia.
